Checkout+ provides free return shipping.

Store Credit

  • Issued to your JO+CO account once received and approved

  • Valid for 1 year

Refund to Original Payment

  • Free return shipping

  • 5% restocking fee deducted from refund

  • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable


If You Did NOT Add Checkout+

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale (including items discounted 30% or more, jewelry, accessories, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.


LATE RETURNS

Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of delivery.

Returns received outside of this window may be refused and sent back to the customer or incur an additional restocking fee.


RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In like-new condition

  • Free of stains, perfumes/scents, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear

  • Returned with original tags attached

Additional guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in original poly bag or similar protective packaging

  • Shoes must be returned in original box and shipped inside an outer box or protective mailer

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • Final Sale items (30%+ off)

  • Accessories: jewelry, hats, belts, bodysuits

  • Items showing signs of wear

  • Items damaged due to improper packaging

  • Items returned without prior communication for damage


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopjoandco.com with photos and your order number so we can assist quickly.

Items sent back without a damage claim may not be accepted.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once marked delivered by the carrier, JO+CO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with tracking questions.


INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS (ShopPay, etc.)

You are responsible for completing your scheduled payments.
Returned items will be processed according to this policy once received.
