JO+CO Return Policy

We understand that not every purchase is a perfect match. At JO+CO, our aim is to make your shopping experience positive, even when things don't go as planned. As a small business, we carefully craft our policies to balance your needs with our ability to bring you unique and exciting fashion finds.
To sustain our curated collections and continue offering exclusive styles, we've updated our returns policy offers store credit only. This approach is a key part of how we manage our selections and ensure we can keep delivering the unique pieces you love. 

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of fulfillment for store credit only. The store credit will go onto an e-gift card that you will receive directly in your inbox. Return shipping is free.  Returns can take from 3-5 business days to process. If you need your return to be processed quickly for an event, please contact us at hello@shopjoandco.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS : To be eligible for a return all items must be in re-sellable condition, please make sure that all items meet the following criteria:

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, unaltered, and unused condition (no signs of wear, stains, odor, perfume, animal hair, or damage).
    • Items must have all original tags attached.
    • Please return items in their original packaging, preferably the clear poly bag.  This is to ensure the items are protected during transit.  If items aren't returned in the clear poly bag & are damaged upon inspection, they will be ineligible for return.
    • Place the items in the original packaging or similar packaging, ensuring that any previous shipping labels are covered. 

    ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN : 

    • Due to their hygienic nature, jewelry, hosiery, and accessories such as hats, belts, scarves, bodysuits, etc. are not returnable. Please note that all jewelry and accessories are considered final sale, and no exceptions will be made.
    • If an items says "Final Sale" in the description, product title, product pages, etc. are not eligible for return. We don't make price adjustments on any past or future orders. All sale items and items discounted 30% or more are final sale, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
    • Shoes must be packaged in the original box sent & enclosed in another protective package.  Do not affix a label directly to the shoe box or it will not eligible for return.

    Allergy Aware Policy

    Quality is paramount at JO+CO. For the benefit of our community: — Be cautious with makeup, deodorant, and strong fragrances. Such substances can affect an item's condition. — All the pet parents out there, we adore your fur companions! Please ensure garments remain pristine when trying them on. Let's ensure every piece reaches its next owner in the best condition possible.

    Important Details:

     RETURN TIMEFRAME: Ensure returns are postmarked within the specified 30-day window.  If your items are returned beyond the 30 day return window, your return will not be accepted and your items will be donated.

    — DAMAGES OR DEFECTS: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. If you return your items damaged and a damaged was not claimed within this time period, your return will not be accepted.

    — SHOP PAY: If you're using ShopPay or any other installment payment service: all orders that utilize these services are subject to JO+CO's standard return policy. If you've returned your order and opt for store credit, you will receive a JO+CO store credit in the form of a gift card. But keep in mind, you'll still need to continue paying off your installments for the total purchase amount.

    — LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. You will need to contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number to resolve such issues.

    Buy One, Get One Offers:

    When you participate in our Buy One, Get One promotions, we want to ensure a fair and transparent return process. Please note the following key points regarding returns:

    TERMS & CONDITIONS: The discount is applied to the lower-priced item in your purchase. If items of equal value are bought, the discount is applied to one of them.

     RETURNS:

    • If you return only the discounted item, you will receive store credit equal to the price you paid for that item.
    • If you return only the full-priced item, the amount of store credit will be the original price of the full-priced item minus the discount that was applied to the item you keep. This adjustment is made because the retained item will now be considered as a full-price purchase.
    • Returning both items will entitle you to store credit for the total amount paid for both items.

    We encourage customers to consider their purchases carefully, especially during promotional periods. Our aim is to provide a satisfying shopping experience with clear terms for offers and returns.

    Returns can take from 14-16 business days to process, although we make every effort to expedite this process and typically process returns within 7-10 business days. 

    Please note: If we receive a non JO+CO item in your return, we are not responsible for it and we cannot return it to you.
