Eligible regular-priced items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are available for store credit, exchange, or refund (see details below).

Checkout+ (Re:Do)

If you added Checkout+ ($1.98) at checkout:

  • FREE return shipping for store credit or exchange
  • Refunds are available with a 10% restocking fee and return shipping deducted
  • Your order is protected against loss or damage in transit

Returns Without Checkout+

  • Store credit returns incur a $9.95 return shipping fee
  • Refunds incur a 10% restocking fee + $9.95 return shipping fee
  • Exchanges receive free return shipping (new outbound shipping charges apply)

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit is issued once your return is received and approved
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase
  • Store credit expires 1 year from issue date
  • If an order was paid (in full or in part) with store credit or a gift card, that portion will be returned to the same method

Final Sale

Items marked Final Sale (discounted 30% or more) are not eligible for return or exchange.


Late Returns

Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 14 days of delivery.
Returns received outside of this window may be subject to an additional restocking fee or may be refused and sent back to the customer.


Return Requirements

Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition
  • Free of stains, perfumes/scents, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Returned with original tags attached

Additional guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in original poly bag or similar protective packaging
  • Shoes must be returned in original box and shipped inside an outer box or protective mailer

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Final Sale items (30%+ off)

  • Accessories: jewelry, hats, belts, bodysuits

  • Items with signs of wear (stains, perfumes/scents, odors, pet hair) 

  • Items damaged due to improper packaging

  • Items returned without a damage claim on file


Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@shopjoandco.com with photos and your order number so we can assist quickly. 

Items sent back without a damage claim may not be accepted.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Orders without Checkout+ are not protected against loss or theft after delivery.
Please contact USPS or UPS directly with tracking questions.

Orders with Checkout+ are fully protected.


Installment Payments (ShopPay, etc.)

You are still responsible for completing your scheduled payments.
Returned items will be processed according to this policy once received.
