JO+CO Return Policy
Return Policy:
- Exchanges: Free return shipping on all exchanges.
- Returns: Accepted within 30 days for store credit only from the ship date. A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Store Credit: Issued as an e-gift card, sent directly to your inbox.
How to Return:
- Ensure your items meet the Eligibility Requirements below.
- Pack items securely in the original packaging or similar protective materials.
- Use the prepaid return label provided. For returns (not exchanges), a $10 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days, but during peak times, it may take up to 14-16 business days.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following:

Condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in like-new condition (no stains, odors, animal hair, etc.).
- Must have all original tags attached (if applicable).

Packaging:
- Return items in the original poly bag or similar protective packaging.
- Shoes must be returned in the original box, enclosed in additional packaging.
- Do not affix labels directly to the shoe box.

Postmark Deadline:
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of fulfillment. Late returns will not be accepted.
Items NOT Eligible for Return

Final Sale:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or discounted 30% or more.
- Jewelry, hosiery, hats, belts, bodysuits, and other accessories (due to hygiene reasons).

Damaged Returns:
- Items damaged due to improper packaging or returned without prior damage claims.
Exchanges
- Free Return Shipping: We’ll cover return shipping on exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit!
- Follow the return process, and choose exchange when prompted.

Additional Exchanges: For subsequent exchanges, customers are responsible for both return and replacement shipping costs.

- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to report issues.
- Items returned without a prior damage claim will not be accepted.

- We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. Please contact USPS or UPS directly with your tracking number.

Installment Payments:
- If you paid with ShopPay or similar services, you’ll still need to pay off your installments. Store credit will be issued as an e-gift card for returns.
Please note: If we receive a non JO+CO item in your return, we are not responsible for it and we cannot return it to you.
