PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday-Friday will typically be processed the same day, depending on our order volume.  Weekends and holidays are not business days and are excluded from shipping times.  You will receive an email with tracking info once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on www.shopjoandco.com are eligible for shipping only.  Orders placed for $80 or more (pre-taxed and after discounts) in the Continental US will receive FREE economy shipping.  Orders under $80 have a flat rate fee for economy shipping.  The customer may select a faster or expedited shipping method at their own cost during checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS

Most continental US orders are shipped via USPS.  We also offer shipping services by UPS.

Most international orders are shipped via DHL.

Please not that shipping delays resulting from customs, public holidays, severe weather, or courier transit errors are beyond our control.  While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delayed in transit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For select countries, customs  fees, duties, and taxes are collected and paid for at the checkout and remitted to your local customs authority by our couriers.  Every effort is made to ensure the correct amount is collected at checkout, however JO+CO cannot guarantee no further fees may need to be paid upon delivery.

JO+CO is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the above mentioned terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.  Any orders will become your property at the time that they are shipped to the address provided to us, provided that we have received full payment for the order.
